Manage Resistance
Change Management becomes often low prioritized aspect while trying to realize the benefits of an ERP implementation, for the reasons that it is not perceived to be critical OR no time and budget is set for adding it to the main ERP programme OR even when the consulting partner has not given enough considerations to it. However, the multiple studies in the recent times, around 10 years of it, show that ERP initiatives with planned change management are six times more likely to meet the success, than those without a formal change management strategy in place.
What Our Change Management Services Deliver
Change Management becomes very critical from the very fact that Change Process is continuous and eternal! The Changes could trigger to dynamic business scenarios, veru nature of the industry operated upon, change of mindsets and attitudes, change of corporate culture, or change of organization processes. That brings up the hardest to agree but much evident factors that the leadership engagement, employee involvement as well as transparent communications are the drivers behind a successful change management process!
Embracing Change
Our Change Management Consultants Prioritize Communication
Change Management is the process of dealing with the change in a structured manner with the differences in business processes, work practises, roles and organisational structures that may occur following an ERP implementation project. If these changes are not managed in a controlled manner, it is likely that even a well-designed software solution based on good practise business processes will not be readily accepted by all users, which in turn is likely to prevent all of the intended business benefits from being realised for the organisation. Consequently, it’s hard to overstate the importance of change management in delivering a successful ERP project.
Awareness & Knowledge

Implementation/support project team will examine change to understand what the change is, assess its impact on design and estimate the time to design, develop and test the product. This would be recorded in a standard Change Control template.
-
The impact in terms of time and cost will be discussed with the client stakeholders. The schedule will be redrawn post necessary approvals, and the changes are affected.
-
Training shall be provided and authenticated as part of effective change management process.
